    Kaggle.com has some free lessons for various topics including machine learning, Python etc. Great resources for learning at your own pace.

    Its not exactly free, but UW offers Stats 327, which is a multi-leveled seminar class, with options of beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Its only 5 weeks, and offered a couple of times each semester. I found it a very good way to enhance my R skills.
